Two lifts, sleeps up to four persons comfortably.

is fully equiped - gas-range, electrostove, microwave, fridge,

in art-deco style equiped by king-sized bed, wardrobe, hotel
room table and ceilling chandelier with the fan.

air-conditioned bath with round-whirpool for two (perhaps for
three) people, and illuminated glass wall-window from colored
vitrablocks. A separate air-conditioned WC-room with a small wash-basin.

hall with central vacuum cleaner, entry to closet with a gas
boiler and all rooms of the apartment.

of feather antialergic bed clothes and pillows.

Latimeria, Fitness Club Bravo, David Sauna. Short distance by tram, bus
or METRO to other gay clubs, bars and restaurants also by night.
